Our purpose at Ako is to help people understand the impact positive culture can have, build it and then measure the improvement it delivers. Find out more about us below
Our Engagement Approach

During our 14 years working on culture and behaviour, Ako has adapted a range of frameworks and models to develop our engagement approach. We exist to assist our clients to execute their business strategy; every program we implement centres around this focus. We achieve this by developing a culture that fosters individual consistency and achievement of team goals over a sustained period of time. This approach, combined with our research and data driven analysis makes it possible for our clients and partners to identify tangible benefits from cultural improvement.
So where do we start?
We identify the people in your organisation that are key to its success.
Research Based and Built on Data
Over the past decade data analysis approaches have been revolutionised. Utilising real data is critical for businesses to succeed, and to measure improvement from programs and initiatives they implement.
Ako’s methodology draws on validated approaches to collect and evaluate data, and make informed decisions. We utilise quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research methodology to develop strategies with an organisation and validate results. We use a range of methods to create a baseline, implement change and measure quantifiable outcomes. This enables our clients to demonstrate tangible benefits from cultural improvement and link it to business success.
